About
My name is Darian Ghiuvea. I have been in GITA for 2 years now. So far my experience is good. The class can be difficult but also fun. It is cool to see your ideas become real through coding. I like the projects because there is a lot of freedom on how to do them as long as you get the base requirements done. My goal is to continue GITA throughout high school.
Technology Webpage
This project contains text and graphics that talk about a new technology of the student's choice. I chose self driving cars. The links and pictures have interactive rollovers and pressing on them will bring you to a website that contains information.
Business Card
This project is just a business card with information like out name, e-mail, etc. There is also a business logo graphic at the top and a qr code at the bottom that links to the school website.
Collage
In this project we made a collage of pictures that relate to us and they all have descriptions of how the relate to us.
Tool Store
In this project we made a fully interactice store. I chose to sell tools. You input your name and how many of each tool you want if any. It will output the name inputed, how much your total order costs, the amount of sales made, and the average cost of each sale.
Tool Store Upgrade
This is an upgrade to the previous tool store. In this one you can choose discounts depending on what grade you're in and it keeps trach of how many people have a brother and sister in GITA.
Dice Game
This program rolls 2 dice and tell you their sum. Throughout the program, as you roll more dice you will see how many times each sum has been rolled and the probability of rolling each sum again.
Triangle Checker
A program in which you input 3 side lengths and based oof of thoes it will tell you if the side lengths are a triangle, adn if they are it will say what type of triangle it is.
Circle Bounce
A game in which 2 circles bounce around a form until they collide and the large circle eats the small circle. Also, if they hit the rectangle, they will dissapear.
Multi-Circle Bounce
This program has a bunch of circles that all spawn with random sizes, speeds, colors, and they all go random direction.
Snake Invader
My final project. It is similar to space invader exept instead of an inaver that goes in a set pattern, this game has a snake that randomly bounces around
